During the Covid19 Pandemic, many persons became ill while we remained healthy so we decided to share our secret with others. There's a remedy that we use for food poisoning, flu and general uneasiness. We used the same remedy for those suffering with Covid19 and they became well again. Did some more research on which herbs, fruits and vegetables were natural and formulated recipes to start MelanAid Holistic Nutritional Brand.
We developed nutritional products to bring you deliciously healthy goodness using only natural ingredients. The natural sweetener & protein enjoyed is from its natural plant state. Our team is focused on bringing you the best flavorful taste, full of multi mineral goodness in every product we create.
This green eco dining solution venture was founded in January 2021, MelanAid won Castries North Youth Committee (CNYC) Best Presentation award on June 18th 2022. We participated in the Jennes Business Incubator Programme & have been supported by The Government of St. Lucia (Youth Economy) & Taiwanese Embassy In St. Lucia (Jennes Business Incubator). MelanAid went on to be featured in Martinique in April 2023, CDB Youth on Fire Expo and a host of other Entrepreneurial Showcase Expo.

I am Chelsy Alcee, 20 years old Entrepreneur, and Founder of MelanAid, Agro Processor & Manufacturer. I am conscious about health and maintaining my weight has lead me to start this venture. I realized that there are more processed, chemicalized foods, high sugar beverages on the shelves everywhere and this equated to more sick persons.
They all have the same thing in common. they eat the same foods.
